Founded in 2018, The Roundhill Pub quickly became a must-visit destination within Brighton’s plant-based eating scene. Famed for its creative fresh food accompanied by its friendly and relaxed atmosphere, The Roundhill Pub is a safe and inclusive space for all to enjoy. The venue changed hands in January 2023, with the new owners keeping on the staff, kitchen team & ethos but with a vision to elevate the pub to greater heights. On your next visit you’ll notice a new colour scheme, furniture, soft furnishings, artwork & more, whilst the kitchen continue to create weekly rotating specials that compliment the already existing small & large plates menu. We source our alcohol locally and as sustainably as possible. Sustainability as at the forefront of every decision we make; we use a local rescue farm to donate our waste, source our produce from local suppliers and recycle everything we physically can.
